Safa School

Foundation StageSafa School offers a broad, balanced, child-centred curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England. The school, which opened in 2004 has provision for over 380 children in a large complex complete with swimming pool, sports hall and spacious playgrounds, situated in central Jumeirah. The school is a member of British Schools in the Middle East. We have a ‘no exclusion’ policy, ie. all children, regardless of religion or nationality, participate in all subject areas.

School Ethos and Policy

The ethos of the school encourages self respect, respect towards others, their cultures and their beliefs.

Children are encouraged to:

•  develop a positive attitude towards their own learning and that of others, learn from mistakes and value others’ contributions
•  take responsibility for their actions and prepare themselves in becoming responsible for their own learning as a self-motivated and disciplined individual

At Safa Shool we recognise the importance of parents and the community as contributors to the child’s education and aim to work together with parents and the community to ensure that children’s needs are met. Regular communication between school and home is encouraged and is recognised as essential to the well being of the child.
