We are a full service catering company located in Oakville. We provide 
gourmet, high-quality, locally-sourced catering for special events, 
weddings, showers and socials in the Mississauga and Oakville area.

Catering by Edge has grown from a humble bakery and delicatessen that 
began in 1978 called Carmen’s Catering, to a five star multi-talented 
catering corporation and diversified to accommodate a wide range of 
corporate and social needs. No event is too small or big to make into a 
masterpiece.
