Coach Sonny Brown brings his extensive knowledge in No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts to our students, enhancing their skills in a variety of combat styles. Coach Chad Lumley, specializing in Sparring and Muay Thai, ensures that our students are well-prepared for any challenge.
At Apex, we understand the importance of providing classes that cater to different skill levels. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes for all arts, ensuring that each student progresses at a pace that's right for them. Our sessions are available in the morning, lunchtime, and evening, making it convenient for everyone to participate.
For our younger enthusiasts, we offer a dynamic Kids Jiu-Jitsu program. This program is specially designed to instil discipline, confidence, and physical fitness in children while teaching them the fundamentals of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Our experienced instructors create a fun, safe, and engaging environment, helping kids to develop essential life skills and a love for martial arts from an early age.
