Shwaasa

Shwaasa is an NGO which provides yoga classes in Bangalore run by swami Vachananand. It is registered yoga school under yoga alliance.

It provides yoga certification courses for aspiring yoga teachers. It conducts yoga camps all over the world. Shwaasa Bengaluru founded by Swami Vachanananda has come a long way in the eradication of diseases, making people fit and more importantly happy from its inception.

Shwaasa had been instrumental in promoting yoga and its benefits in Karnataka and the rest of the world too. On the International Yoga day on 21^st June, 2015 Shwaasa held Yoga programmes in Kanteerava stadium in Bangalore where people across the state and other places along with many dignitaries like the Chief Minister, actress Shilpa Shetty also joined the programme. There was a unanimous view about the benefits of Yoga and there were increased enthusiasm among the participants.
