From a school leaver I started working for a flooring contractor who installed for an upmarket department store. I gained a lot of experience from this, not only how to install a wide range of flooring, but also a professional work ethic and like the store we like to look after all of our customers.
After 9 years i decided to move on to a local flooring retailer, I worked instore as a sales assistant, gaining lots of experience in customer services, and after sales. Always making sure the customer is happy and working with them to find them the perfect floor they'll adore.
A further two years on and I believed I could now run my own business and provide an exceptional service.
