GFP represents 90 Partners with over 150 branch offices WORLDWIDE. The 90 privately owned
companies are carefully selected through recommendation and through ongoing relationships withing
the Freight Forwarding Industry (as well as Internet Inquiries )
The GFP acts as a Platform and Forum for those Partners seeking business relationships overseas to act
as an extension arm to their own business. Our AGM allows those GFP Partners to assemble annually,
under one roof, reducing travel time and costs -to hold a series of One to One meetings to Foster
Cohesion and Dedication to one another.

Freight Forwarding or LOGISTICS (as its is more commonly known) is one of the world's ever increasing
Service Providers.
Our GFP Partners are carefully selected based on criteria not only to cover the vast range of Logistics
Services that are expected but also to ensure they conform to the highest standard and conform to their
own countries governing body within the Logistics Sector.
A whole range of services to include the traditional AIR and SEA transportation are provided by our
Partners.

There are many International Networks all of different standards and merits. After 10 years, the GFP has
become slightly different based on our experience within the Logistics Sector. Many networks offer
attractive memberships to members – the GFP however see the network as something completely
different. Our members are not here for a simple Membership – they want a PARTNERSHIP and the GFP
is able to deliver this.
We encourage PARTNERSHIPS through exchange of ideas, in keep with the economy along with changes
to the Industry, besides encouraging business contribution especially during the One to One Meetings
held at our AGM.

Air Freight
Shipping goods by air indeed offers fast service, but large carriers can be impersonal, and many freight
forwarders cannot offer you the specialized services that you need to complete your shipment.

Sea Freight

However, navigating among the numerous shipping companies and the different regulations for each
country and port can be complex and time consuming.

Land Freight
The GFP has the experience to be able to offer comprehensive coverage for all types of transport

The GFP owns its own warehouses, near all the Major port throughout the world. Cargo of any type can
be properly prepared for storage with stuffing, stripping and handling services, then readied for
shipment with proper lashing and securing.

Debt Collection
Thank you for your enquiry and herewith some additional information for you.
We are happy to help your members with debt collections from other forwarders, shippers or
consignees.
If your members wish to start debt collection procedures with us, please have them fill out the two
attached forms and email them back to me (one Collection Account Assignment form for each case),
together with any copies of BL/AWB, invoice(s), etc., and any related email correspondence.
For Network members, we charge a flat rate of 12% upon the actual amount of money which is
recovered. If we cannot collect, they pay nothing.
How we work :
1. We start with notifying the debtor that the debt has been assigned to FDRS and requesting immediate
payment.
2. After a period of seven days, if we do not get cooperation, we will send a reminder notice and inform
the debtor that they have been listed at our free access website – www.fdrs-ltd.com – on our
Delinquent Forwarders warning list that we broadcast in our monthly Newsletter to more than 45,000
forwarders and all major logistics networks worldwide.
3. After a further seven days, if there are no positive results, we will send a final reminder notice and
advise the debtor that we will recommend to our client that immediate legal action should be
commenced. This is also on a no collection, no pay basis for pre-court activity. The rate for legal
representation varies from country to country and is quoted on a case-specific basis.
