MICCI traces its origins back for over 170 years. In that time we have consistently been an advocate for the business community and we are proud of the assistance rendered over the past years. Our wide spectrum of Members, representing both foreign and Malaysian companies, from MNCs to SMEs, from manufacturing to services and professionals gives us a unique perspective.

To target the key areas that are vital in moving the business environment in Malaysia forward, we have established Councils that focus on finance, international business, domestic affairs, energy & environment, human capital and infrastructure.

We welcome participation from Members in councils and their focus groups as a means to access latest information on policies and regulations, best practices, meet business people and those in authority on issues of common interest. MICCI's information services, including a public website, an extensive intranet and weekly electronic digests keep Members abreast of developments in the business environment.
