Universal English Center

A 'close-to-the-customer' language institute located in the heart of Manhattan, just a 'stone's throw' from the Empire State Building, the Universal English Center specializes in helping international students strengthen their English skills. Students seeking admission to institutions of higher learning receive academic advisement and assistance in the preparation of essays, correspondence, and applications. UEC's TOEFL course is designed to prepare college-bound students for the Educational Testing Service's new 'internet-based' Test-of-English-as-a Foreign Language Examination,the 'IBT' and the City University of New York's 'admission test'
